Health Benefits of Carrots
When we do our juicing, carrots are always included. For me, the nice thing about carrot juice is that although it is a vegetable the juice is sweet. To ensure that you have the most nutrient dense carrots, juice the ones from your own garden, a local farmers market, or you can buy them organic at the health food store as well. Since there is snow on our garden right now…we have to buy them at the store. I love organic carrots! They taste like the ones you get out of the garden. So when you add that yumminess to your juice blend it’s a win-win.
Why do you want to add carrots when juicing? I mean besides the fact that they taste good…and if you’re a kid, that they can help you see in the dark. 🙂 Here are some good reasons to add carrots to your juice or even to a salad.
